The product
What exactly do I get?
Three real artefacts, populated with your data: the Map (an Excel workbook), the Method (a Word document) and the Tracker (a live Excel sheet). Not a deck, not a login — files you own outright. See the three artefacts.
Is this software I log into?
No. There’s no app, no dashboard to learn and no subscription. You get standard Excel and Word files and run them however you like.
Do I need any technical skill?
None. If you can export a CSV from LinkedIn and open a spreadsheet, you’re set. The Tracker does the counting for you.
Why Orbit instead of Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo or ChatGPT?
Sales Navigator, Clay and Apollo are built to help you find strangers. Orbit is built to activate the people who already know you — they solve different problems. Orbit also doesn’t touch LinkedIn’s infrastructure (no plugins, no automation on your account), so it doesn’t put your profile at risk. And yes, you could build your own process — but the methodology, the scoring model, the copy frameworks and the sequencing are the product.
What happens after the first message sequence?
The Method includes a full three-message sequence (Day 1, Day 4–7, Day 10 onwards) plus guidance on handling replies and objections and converting conversations into meetings. You’re not left with just an opener and no idea what to do next.
Who gets the best results?
Founders, consultants, fractional executives and agency leaders with an established network (500+ connections), a clear ICP, and the discipline to follow the Method. Results drop when the network is thin, the ICP is vague, or outreach is inconsistent.
Process & delivery
How does it actually work?
One file, four steps: you export your connections, you send the CSV, we do the work, and your personalised set comes back within 24 hours. Walk through the process.
How do I get my LinkedIn export?
On desktop LinkedIn (you can’t export in the app): profile icon → Settings & Privacy → Data Privacy → Download your data. LinkedIn notifies you when it’s ready, then sends a zip file. Unzip it — connections.csv is the only file we need.
How fast is turnaround?
Within 24 hours of receiving your file. Team orders for 3–6 people are delivered together in a single batch.
Can you tailor it to my sector or roles?
Yes. The output can be cut by Category (a functional ICP), by Sector (a single industry) or by Collaboration (two networks side by side). See tailoring.
How much is automated and how much is human?
The scoring model is rule-based and runs automatically against your ICP brief. Drafting is AI-assisted — we use trusted tools including Anthropic’s Claude, as set out in our Privacy Policy — and everything is reviewed and refined by a human before it’s sent. Nothing goes out as-is: the output needs to sound like you, not like a tool.
How often should the Map be refreshed?
The Map is a point-in-time snapshot of your network. We recommend a refresh every six to twelve months, or when your ICP changes materially — a refresh re-scores your network against updated parameters rather than starting from scratch.
Your data
What do you do with my data?
Your file is used for one purpose only — building your Map, Method and Tracker. It’s never shared, never pooled with anyone else’s, never used to train an AI model, and never sold.
How long do you keep it?
How long we keep your data, and when we delete it, is set out in one place: clause A8 and Schedule 1 of our Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.
What exactly is in the LinkedIn export?
Name, company, job title, profile URL, connection date and (sometimes) email — that’s all LinkedIn includes. Geography and company size aren’t in it, which is exactly why our brief asks about them: we verify those before you reach out.
Where is my data stored?
In a secure workspace with project-level access controls — not on a personal laptop and not in shared inboxes. After delivery, the data is just a risk we don’t want to carry.
Pricing
How much does it cost?
Individual is £500 one-off. Team (3–6 people) is £1,500. See pricing.
Is it a subscription?
No. Every plan is a one-off. You keep the files; there’s nothing to cancel.
What if it isn’t useful?
Each report is produced individually from your own data, so once we’ve begun processing your order the fee is non-refundable — the formal refund position is in the Terms. That said, if your Map doesn’t surface anything worth acting on, talk to us and we’ll work to make it right. We’d rather have the conversation than the wrong customer.
